  The customer service is actually incredible, I don't understand where that reviewer is basing their experience off of. I've been shopping at this Victoria's Secret for years. Every time I come in, I'm always attended too. If I have trouble finding my sizes, I always have assistance. As for the managers, they are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to make sure every client is satisfied, happy, and confident. I don't feel rushed when shopping, which I've had bad experiences at other locations. They also don't make me feel obligated to keep buying items I don't need. They are spot on with size measurements. I've never walked out without not knowing my size. Whenever I'm in the fitting room, they make it a comfortable and pleasant experience. For women, the fitting room is a "make it" or "break it" experience, and they don't give up! They all make sure I am completely happy with my bras. They make it a priority to make sure I'm finding the correct sizes. Overall, I think the staff is great! I would definitely recommend this Victoria's Secret!
