  Sadly, I had a ring "repaired" there. I have worn it one time for a cocktail party, so it wasn't banged around nor was I doing anything others than sitting with my hors d'oeuvres. So, when I took it into another place, they showed me where I needed a repair. It was the SAME place that it was supposedly repaired by this place. I paid hundreds for the repair because it was a platinum piece. Never, ever, ever ever will I recommend this place to people I know.it was either intentional or just poor shotty work.
